How to live to 102 and beyond

I thought this was interesting. Maybe not so for everyone but a few may. This is a video piece that Michigan Magazine did about my Uncle Hubert when he was 102. He passed in Jan 09' at the age of 104.

The man out lived his parents, all his brothers, sister, and all of his children. Connie who is mentioned at the end passed the year before he did.

That is awesome. My Grandmother is closing in on 90 now and she's still as active now as she was 30 years ago.

That's actually how I'd like to be. If I am to live to see 104, I'd like to still be up and active.
